Sit on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular views of the beautiful gulf water from the 13th floor. Enjoy direct access to the powder white sandy beaches and emerald waters. 2 free beach chair rentals and plenty of beach toys for the little ones. Our condo is located at Summit Resort with two pools, Tiki bar, snack bar and Bikini Bob's grill. There is plenty to keep you entertained on property and even more close by. Plenty of restaurants, activities on the water, and activities on land. The condo is recently updated with a new kitchen layout, completely new bathrooms with a stand up shower, new furniture, new tile floors.

ARRIVAL AND PROPERTY AMENITIES: Summit is a gated beach resort. You pull up to the gate and tell them you are guests. During business hours, check in at the front desk. NOTE: There is a mandatory $27 Summit resort fee per reservation for parking and arm bands. This is a resort fee accessed and collected by Summit. After hours, you will be directed to park and will need to go to the front office first thing in the morning. Wristbands are to be worn on property at all times. Security has the right to question you if you are not wearing your wristband to ensure you are a guest.

Summit Beach Resort is within walking distance of several restaurants and fun activities.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all resort amenities including WIFI, pools, hot tubs, grills, restaurants, game room and weight room. Those amenities are maintained by the resort and their availability is sometimes limited due to unforeseen circumstances determined by resort management. They are completely out of our control. Unfortunately, things happen and they do go out of service at times. If we are aware of closures, we do try to communicate this to our guest.

Summit resort has parking. One bedroom condos are allowed two parking passes EXCEPT FOR DURING BUSY SEASON. During peak season, (usually during holidays like Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) but can extend to other weeks, one bedroom condos will be restricted to one parking pass at the discretion of the Condo Association.
