We had a great stay! This was our second year in a row staying in this condo & we’ve had great experiences both times! This year, they had done some renovations & we loved them! The owner was very good at communicating when I had questions. Overall, we had a great week!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Everything was updated, nice and clean. The view was absolutely beautiful of the ocean. A plus for our stay was that everyone at the Summit was super friendly! We loved our time there!

This is our second year back at this property. The photos posted are representative of the actual property. Excellent communication with Brandy. Everything is within easy reach: parking, pool, beach, and restaurants.

Brandy’s place was absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations. We are definitely looking forward to our next booking. Her instructions were clear and she was very communicative. Tens across the board!! The location is perfect, right on the beach. Plenty of fun things to do within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at Brandy’s beautiful beach condo! The space was spotless, beautifully renovated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience seamless. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Brandy was very responsive and helpful. The condo was neat and clean and just as described. It had all the utensils we needed to cook there. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and having the free rental umbrella and chairs was very useful and nice to have. There’s things under the master bed we didn’t see until our last day. So check for that

Plenty to do within walking distance, perfect view of the Gulf. The condo building itself had plenty to do, places to eat, etc. The rental was clean, cozy, and felt right at home! Would definitely book again :)

our family of four stayed here it was perfect. had everything you could need. we really enjoyed the hot tub. it was close to all the attractions. would stay again for our next trip.

My wife and I stayed with our daughter and her friend. Really nice cabin, small but enough space for the 4 of us. Very convenient location. We came to visit our son at UT and go to a game. Easy access to Knoxville as well as Gatlinburg. Hot tub was great and very quiet location despite being so close to the highway. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Our family came here for the PTP convention nearly across the street at wilderness lodge. This was the most perfect location! This area is growing quickly with a Publix and a great range of restaurants close by the neighborhood. We didn’t go further than 10 minutes from the house except for one time. My children enjoyed the hot tub one night. It was so, so clean. TVs in the bedrooms were another plus for the children to watch cartoons. We would love to come back next year. Thank you!
