We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Everything was updated, nice and clean. The view was absolutely beautiful of the ocean. A plus for our stay was that everyone at the Summit was super friendly! We loved our time there!

This is our second year back at this property. The photos posted are representative of the actual property. Excellent communication with Brandy. Everything is within easy reach: parking, pool, beach, and restaurants.

Brandy’s place was absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations. We are definitely looking forward to our next booking. Her instructions were clear and she was very communicative. Tens across the board!! The location is perfect, right on the beach. Plenty of fun things to do within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at Brandy’s beautiful beach condo! The space was spotless, beautifully renovated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience seamless. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Brandy was very responsive and helpful. The condo was neat and clean and just as described. It had all the utensils we needed to cook there. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and having the free rental umbrella and chairs was very useful and nice to have. There’s things under the master bed we didn’t see until our last day. So check for that

Plenty to do within walking distance, perfect view of the Gulf. The condo building itself had plenty to do, places to eat, etc. The rental was clean, cozy, and felt right at home! Would definitely book again :)

Brandy was an excellent host! She is responsive and accepting of suggestions. "Slice of Paradise" was a comfy and cozy stay. The kids loved the bunk beds, kitchen had everything we needed. The view was great, condo was clean. With a small market, tiki bar, and quick service type restaurant on the property, you really don't need to drive anywhere (we did do grocery delivery) and several restaurants within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was very clean and completely updated. My favorite part was the chair rentals on the beach and the sand toys in the room for the little ones! I would highly recommend this place

This was our first trip to PCB and Brandy’s place was beautiful. The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to the beach, pools for the kids, local favorite restaurants within 3 miles. Absolutely perfect spot.
The balcony view of the Gulf every morning was truly paradise. Nothing beats a cup of coffee and the sounds of the ocean. The condo was so cozy and felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you needed. The master bedroom was super cute with a nice attached bathroom and shower.
Brandy was super responsive to any questions and I recommend her and this property to anyone!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brandy’s place. She was very communicative, even before the trip and also during. The place was beautifully decorated and cozy. The blue decor was very calming. The views from the balcony were wonderful. It is walkable to several restaurants. The provided umbrella & chairs were a wonderful addition. The resort has food & drinks, two pools/hot tubs on site, which was so nice when we just wanted to lounge on site for a couple of days. It was quiet in the air bnb, even when it seemed busy, which was much needed for a r&r trip at the beach.
